Improvements to Tune submission

I would like to improve the user interface for Tune submission. My first thought is to have an "Update" button after you select the project the submission is related to. Pressing this will limit the choices of Tunes derived-from to those in the project chosen, or will hide that choice if no project association is chosen.

Any other thoughts on this redesign?

Good idea, but it'd be better without the Update button. Once the user selects a Project, the list should update automatically, probably using Ajax to get the list of Tunes.

Another improvement would be a "submit a Tune" button within a Project's page, so that the Project selector on the upload page would default to the Project you're in.
